We are located right in the heart of Washington Depot, at 6 Green Hill Road, Washington CT 06794. (If you are familiar with the Depot, we are across the parking lot and caddy corner to Marty’s).

Yes, we have plenty of parking both in front of Valley Spirit, and in a side parking lot.

Our hours vary based on our class schedule. They can be found here. Our retail shop is generally open 10 am-5 pm, though we are often open later!

We accept insurance as payment for certain providers:

We are happy to write up a super bill for out of network providers, and you may submit it to your own insurance company.

How much does each class cost?
You can find out pricing here. Yoga classes, pilates and movement classes are $18/class for a drop in. If you purchase 5 classes at once, the price is $17/class. If you purchase 10 classes at once, the price is $16/class. Tai Chi and Qi Gong class pricing is $23/class. If you purchase a 5 pack, the price is $22 per class. If you purchase a 10 pack, the price is $21 per class. We have a 15% discount for seniors, 60 and older.

What is the pricing for your treatments?
You can find pricing information here. Due to the nature of our being a Cooperative, pricing for different practitioners may vary based on their experience, training, and offerings. If you are unable to determine pricing for a treatment you are interested in, please do not hesitate to call.

The class schedule can be found here. We recommend that you check the schedule before coming to class, in case there are any last minute changes. We encourage guests to download the Valley Spirit MindBody app, and check in for classes in advance.

We provide yoga mats, bolsters and props. Of course you are welcome to bring your own mat.

What type of clothing should I wear to a treatment?
You can wear anything to your treatment, though clients tend to be most comfortable changing into loose, comfortable clothing after a treatment.

What should I wear to Tai Chi?
Students generally wear loose, comfortable clothing to any movement classes. Clean indoor shoes are allowed in the studio on an as-needed basis.

What should I wear to yoga?
There are many styles of clothing worn to yoga. Students generally wear yoga pants, sweatpants, or shorts.

All of our classes are geared toward any level of student, unless otherwise specified. Our practitioners are experienced with all different levels and can modify classes to fit each individual’s needs. We are a healing space, so all of our classes are geared towards leaving guests feeling uplifted, relaxed, and with a heightened mind body connection.

Yes. All of our teachers can accommodate our 55+ guests. Tai chi and Qi Gong are fantastic options.
