Suzette grew up dancing beginning at a young age. She spent many years training in ballet and always respected a physical and mental challenge. As her dancing came to an end she continued regular exercise adding running, tennis and weight lifting, but felt that something was missing. During her college years Suzette took a yoga class and immediately felt the benefits she was searching for. She continued a daily yoga practice and then discovered Pilates in 2003. Suzette entered the fitness world in 2010 when she decided to get certified in yoga and completed her 200 hour certification with Lara Ward’s Lotus Gardens Yoga School. Suzette also completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body and is also Balanced Body Barre certified. She now molds her fitness, yoga, Pilates and Barre practice together and enjoys passing along the magic she’s gained from it. She loves the opportunity to introduce someone to Pilates for the first time and watch them fall in love with it!
